Communications infrastructure, end to end
Most of our work starts because something already in the building stopped working the way it should. We handle the cable in the walls and the system it plugs into.
Voice & Data Cabling
Structured copper and fiber installed to current standards and certification tested. New builds, tenant finish-outs, adds and moves, and cleaning up racks that grew without a plan.
Business Telephone Systems
Sales, installation, and programming for on-premise phone systems — plus voicemail and automated attendants. We service all major brands, and supply refurbished handsets and cards when replacing a system outright is not worth it.
VoIP & Hosted PBX
Hosted voice delivered together with our partner StratoSwitch — SIP trunking, cloud extensions, and remote-worker phones, with the on-site cabling and handset work handled by the same people who install it.
Network Infrastructure
Switching, wireless, and site-to-site voice and data links between offices. Installed so the voice traffic and the data traffic do not fight each other for the same bandwidth.
Overhead Paging & Audio
Warehouse and shop-floor paging that is actually audible over machinery, plus background music and music on hold. Zone control so the dock does not hear every page meant for the front office.
Maintenance & Support
Service agreements, moves and changes, call accounting, and troubleshooting on systems we did not install. Local techs, so a site visit does not mean waiting on someone to fly in.
We fix what we install — and what we didn’t
Plenty of vendors will sell a phone system. Fewer will come back out when a handset in the warehouse stops registering, or trace which of four unlabeled runs actually feeds the back office. That follow-up work is most of what we do.
