Projects

The jobs below are typical of what we do around Houston. If yours isn't listed, give us a call anyway. It's probably something we handle.

Network rack with blue patch cables routed through horizontal cable managers

Office build-outs and finish-outs

We run voice and data cable to the floor plan before the walls close up, then come back to terminate, test, and label once the space is built. We coordinate with the general contractor so the cable is in before the ceiling grid goes up.

Equipment room cleanup

Some phone closets have years of undocumented patches and nobody can tell which run goes where. We trace everything, re-terminate on patch panels, label both ends, and document it so the next change takes minutes.

Bundles of blue network cable routed overhead into equipment racks

Expansions into unwired space

Warehouse mezzanines, converted storage rooms, and leased suites next door often have no voice or data cabling at all. We add the pathway, cable, and jacks to match the rest of the building.

Other work we do regularly

Phone system replacement
Cutting over from an end-of-life system with numbers, extensions, and voicemail boxes intact, after hours when the cutover calls for it.
Taking over an inherited system
Supporting equipment put in by a vendor who is no longer around. We start by finding out exactly what is installed.
Multi-site phone systems
Linking offices so extension dialing, paging, and voicemail work as one system across several buildings.
Warehouse paging
Zoned overhead paging designed around the noise in the space, so pages are clear at the dock without being deafening in the office.
Office moves
Taking a working phone system out of one building and setting it back up in another without losing the configuration.
Cable testing
Testing and certifying existing cabling when performance is in question, with results for each drop.
